Régulation de la reproduction de l’huître creuse triploïde, Crassostrea gigas : Capacités reproductrices et invasives dans le contexte des changements climatiques
The aims of this study is to understand the reproduction and the gametogenesis regulatory mechanisms of triploid oysters by novel approaches. Firstly, primordial germline in triploid oyster will be characterized at the structural, ultrastructural and molecular levels as well as the ploidy. The second part focuse on the cellular and molecular mechanisms of reproduction involved in the fertile and sterile productive strategies. This study will allow to link triploid oysters phenotype and involved regulations. The physiology of the marine animals is affected by the closer environment. Then, the last part of the study will spent if the regulatory mechanisms of the reproduction was influenced by the environmental parameters such as temperature. This project allow if the oyster reproductive plasticity and environnement will be influence in the context of the global climatic changes.
