GELATINE (GELAtinous plankton INdicators for Ecological status assessment)
My research questions are centred on coastal ecosystems long-term changes. I am studying coastal ecosystems changes through the gelatinous zooplankton spatio-temporal dynamic. In order to understand the causes of their changes, I perform various numerical analyses that enable to link variables considered as proxies of environmental and anthropogenic drivers with the gelatinous zooplankton community changes. During my PhD, I studied the very same questions through the long-term changes in nutrients concentrations and their consequences on the specific and functional diversity of the phytoplanktonic community.
