Evolution of GnRH systems and of their regulatory neuropeptides in endocrine and paracrine controls of spermatogenesis in the dogfish Scyliorhinus canicula
Hosting Site: BOREA Laboratory (Biology of Aquatic Organisms and Ecosystems), FRE 2030 CNRS, University of Caen Normandy, Caen
Profile: the successful candidate will have a strong background in cellular, molecular, reproductive and developmental biology. The applicant should know the basic molecular and cell biology techniques (PCR, in situ hybridization, primary cell culture, immune-histo/cytology…) and will use genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic databases (phylogenic studies…). He/she have to show a strong interest for marine organisms.
