Biogeographical networks in R
biogeonetworks is an R package that implements several functions to write, read and analyse biogeographical networks for bioregionalization analyses. It is primarily designed to work with the Map Equation algorithm (infomap) and with the Gephi visualisation software. This package is currently under active development and publication on CRAN is planned for 2020.
