Rarity : a package for measuring the rarity of species and assemblages of species
The Rarity R package provides metrics to quantify rarity of species and communities of species. It has been developed to improve the existing methods by integrating the biogeographical concepts of rarity. This package includes metrics that have a variable parameter, the rarity cut-off, which makes them adaptable regardless of the considered taxon, spatial scale or geographic area.
